Review: Blithe Patting Water Pack mask – Energy yellow citrus & honey

This trending Patting Splash Mask is inspired the old Korean bathouse tradition which includes the process of splashing botanical steeped water onto the face after cleansing to brighten and improve the skin.

- KEY INGREDIENTS

One of the key ingredient of the splash mask is Lactic acid a type of AHA, which is good for both anti aging and brightening, this also has pantheonol which also help speed up the healing process of skin acne/wounds. It contains a good amount of other skin conditioning ingredients like Orange, Sugar Gardenia, and Vaccinium fruit extract.

- APPLICATION:

There are various ways to the splash mask:

1. Using the bottle cap which can which can accommodate 7ml of product, add it on a basin or bowl with 700ml of water (1:100 ratio) stir it using your fingers and slowly plash it onto your face, followed by a tapping motion making sure that the it is well absorbed by the skin.

2. During shower, just place half cap of product in you hands, and pat in to your face and use the shower water to splash the product to your faces for a few times.

3. Another way to use this product is , soaking a cotton pad with water and adding one drop of the patting splash mask to it, tap this in your whole face, pat it and let it dry..

Texture and Scent:

This product is a has a watery consistency and has a yellow tint, it also has a strong citrus scent that doesn’t last long once applied to the face.

In terms of packaging it is placed in yellow transparent plastic bottle, which also has blithe’s geometrical print which gives off a simple yet modern vibe to it, the cap serves as the measuring device for you to get the desired amount of the product you need per use.

Verdict:

Believe me when I say, this product is worth THE HYPE. I’m usually the type of gal who doesn’t like to use face masks regularly because it adds up to the length of time I have to spend for my routine, but this product is really a game changer, I really did get the similar benefits I would normally have after using facial masks but within 15-20 seconds only, after which my face would feel baby smooth, although for some, the whole “splashing” method could be messy, but for me personally, I enjoyed my bath time even more with this product. I use this every other day (hence, why the product is almost half way through as seen on the photo) because not only does it make my skin supple it also helps in keeping it moisturized and vitalized because of the vitamins and minerals it contains. Although it didn’t do much in fading my acne marks in 2 weeks span, I would still recommend this product especially for those who want to improve their skin’s texture while keeping it well hydrated. For me it’s fair priced, because you can use it in different methods to prolong its use, even as well as luxury facial mist/spray which I love, and for it’s promising ingredient list.
